You're going to LOVE this easy as 1-2-3 detox juice recipe! It's loaded with vitamins & minerals to support the body's natural detoxification processes and uses the good cleansing rule of thumb of 80% veggies and 20% fruit.⁣⁣⁠

INGREDIENTS:
 ½ head celery, chopped
 1 cucumber, chopped
 1 handful parsley, cut in half
 ½ bundle kale, cut in thirds
 1 3-inch piece of ginger, chopped
 1 green apple, stem removed & sliced
 1 lime, peeled & sliced

DIRECTIONS:

Prep veggies for juicer by rinsing and drying, then chopping into pieces small enough to fit easily down the chute. Next, peel and slice all citrus fruits.

If your juicer has two speeds, start on low. Run cucumber, then celery, then parsley, then kale. Next, switch the speed to high and finish with ginger, apple, and lime.⁣⁣⁠

Stir the juice well, and then drink it right away. ENJOY!
