INGREDIENTS:
 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 ½ - 1 tsp sea salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ½ - 2 tsp garlic powder
 ½ - 2 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp parsley, dried
 ½ tsp dill, dried
 ¼ cup water

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and dried dill.

Serve immediately as a dip with fresh-cut veggies OR use as a salad dressing by mixing in 1/4 water to thin it out and adding more as needed for desired consistency.
