BROCCOLI SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
Broccoli Salad
 5 cups broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
 8 slices of bacon, cooked
  cup red onion, diced
 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
 ½ cup dried cranberries
 ½ cup almonds, sliced
 ¼ cup goat cheese, crumbled
Dressing
 ½ cup avocado mayo
 ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:

To make the dressing, whisk together avocado mayo, plain greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and salt & pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon bits, red onion, grapes, dried cranberries, almonds, and goat cheese. Pour the prepared dressing into the mixing bowl and stir until everything is well combined.
